Donna has 25 years’ experience in HR. Since setting up her own business in 2000 she has worked in partnership with organisations to plan and deliver practical and engaging training courses on a range of subjects including management, personal development and equality and diversity. Donna has a particular interest in working with teams to improve their performance, motivation and satisfaction at work.
Alison has over 20 years in the Conference and Events industry working on an international level on a wide range of events. These include water authority AGM's, major product launches within the car and petroleum industries, public sector roadshows, product launches and sales conferences with the IT/telecoms and retail sectors as well as creating innovative incentive programmes worldwide. Alison has also specialised as a market research consultant in the Meetings and Incentive sector which brings a unique aspect and approach to the viability of events.
